What you will need...
- 4 slices of soft bread (Brioche is the best)
- 2 egg yolks
- 4 tbsp Thor’s Skyr Vanilla
- 2 tsp honey or maple syrup-Fresh berries, as desired
- Preheat oven to 180C/350F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Add egg yolks, Skyr Vanilla, and honey or maple syrup in a small bowl.
- Using the back of the spoon or your fingers, press the center of the bread to create a well.
- Spoon the custard mixture into the well.
- Top the custard with desired berries and bake for 10 minutes.
- Serve with a drizzle of honey or maple syrup.
