What you will need...

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cup Skyr Vanilla Yogurt
  • 2 ½ tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 3 tbsp water or coconut water

For the topping:

  • ¼ cup mixed berries
  • 1tbsp water
  • 1 tsp honey
  1. Place the Vanilla Skyr into a bowl.
  2. Add chia seeds, honey, and water. Stir to combine and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  3. In the meantime, combine berries, water, and honey in a small saucepot. Cook over mediumheat until the berries are tender. Add honey.
  4. To serve, spoon the chia pudding into serving bowls, and top with berry mixture.
