What you will need...
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cup Skyr Vanilla Yogurt
- 2 ½ tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp honey
- 3 tbsp water or coconut water
For the topping:
- ¼ cup mixed berries
- 1tbsp water
- 1 tsp honey
- Place the Vanilla Skyr into a bowl.
- Add chia seeds, honey, and water. Stir to combine and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- In the meantime, combine berries, water, and honey in a small saucepot. Cook over mediumheat until the berries are tender. Add honey.
- To serve, spoon the chia pudding into serving bowls, and top with berry mixture.
