In order to keep a KETO diet you have consume less than 50 grams of carbohydrates per day and maintain an active lifestyle. It really depends on you. Many people need to have less than 15 grams of carbohydrates per day to get their body in a state of ketosis. Thor’s Skyr contains 6 grams of carbohydrates and no added sugar, which means all Thor’s Skyr flavors can be Keto-friendly!
